Junk removal software compared (2026)
We read each vendor's official pricing page on 2026-10-12. All prices are in USD and change often, so check the linked page before you buy. We haven't tested these tools hands-on yet, and none of them is built only for junk removal. The pros and cons below come from the published plans, not from our own use.

QuoteIQ

- Plans (monthly): Essentials $29.99 (1 user), Beginner $99.99 (2), Pro $199.99 (4), Elite $299.99 (10), Max $699.99 (20). Extra users $25/mo each. Annual billing works out to about two months free.
- Essentials includes: estimates, invoices, scheduling, online payments, a price book and online booking. Photo documentation (QuoteIQ Cam) starts at Beginner. QuickBooks, job costing and text automation start at Pro. InstaQuote (customer self-quoting) and route optimization start at Elite.
- Pros: lowest entry price of the five; a price book is useful for fixed load-size rates; monthly plans have no contract.
- Cons: AI features use monthly "IQ Credits" that don't roll over. A card is needed to start the trial. Useful tools like QuickBooks sync and automations sit on the $199.99 Pro plan. It's a younger company than Jobber or Housecall Pro.
Jobber

- Plans (1 user, billed annually / no commitment): Core $29 / $49, Connect $99 / $139, Grow $149 / $199. Plus starts at $399/mo billed annually (15 users). Extra users $29/mo each.
- Core includes: online booking, quotes, invoices and online payments, a website and reporting. QuickBooks sync and automated quote and invoice follow-ups start at Connect. Job costing and two-way SMS start at Grow.
- Card processing (official): 2.9% + 30¢ online; Tap to Pay 2.7% + 30¢; ACH 1%.
- Pros: cheap solo entry on annual billing; no card needed for the trial; mature product with a large user community.
- Cons: the low price needs annual prepayment, and a monthly plan with a 1-year commitment can't be cancelled mid-term. Job costing, which tells you whether a load actually made money, only comes on Grow. We found no load-size pricing feature built for junk removal on the pricing page.
Housecall Pro
Source: housecallpro.com/pricing (checked 2026-10-12). Website: housecallpro.com
- Plans: Basic from $59/mo billed annually. Essentials (5 users) and MAX (8 users, $35/mo per extra user) are listed without prices in the page text we could read, so check the page.
- Basic includes: online booking, scheduling and dispatch, estimates and invoicing, payments and consumer financing, a price book, job costing and review management.
- Fees (official): card processing from 2.59%; 1% on bank payments.
- Pros: job costing and consumer financing are already on the entry plan; no contract; no card for the trial.
- Cons: only available in the US and Canada. Prices for higher tiers weren't shown in the text we could read.
GorillaDesk

- Plans: Basic $49/mo ($539/yr), Pro $99/mo ($1,089/yr), Growth $149/mo ($1,639/yr). Only users assigned to a schedule need a paid seat. Admin users are unlimited.
- Basic includes: invoices, estimates and work orders; Square and Stripe payments; routing up to 25 stops; automated email and SMS reminders. Texting needs a $5/mo SMS subscription plus credits (e.g. $50 per 1,000 texts). QuickBooks sync, online booking and the customer portal start at Pro.
- Pros: month-to-month with no setup fee; you can freeze the account in a slow season; free data import.
- Cons: built mainly for route-based recurring work such as pest control and pool service, which shows in features like chemical and material tracking. Online booking isn't on Basic.
HighLevel
Source: gohighlevel.com/pricing (checked 2026-10-12). Website: gohighlevel.com
- Plans: $970/yr Starter (3 sub-accounts), $2,970/yr Unlimited, $4,970/yr Pro (SaaS mode). Contacts and users are unlimited. Its FAQ also quotes $97, $297 and $497 a month.
- Includes: CRM and pipelines, a website and funnel builder, email and SMS marketing, booking calendars, payments and invoicing, and review management.
- Pros: strong for capturing and following up leads (missed calls, quote follow-ups, reviews).
- Cons: it's marketing and CRM software, not dispatch or job management. Usage fees apply for SMS, phone, email and AI. It's priced and pitched mainly at agencies. A one-truck hauler will probably still need one of the tools above.
Which should you pick?
- Solo, tight budget: compare Jobber Core (annual) with QuoteIQ Essentials. Try both trials with a real job.
- You want to know which loads pay: you need job costing. That means Housecall Pro Basic, Jobber Grow or QuoteIQ Pro.
- Your problem is lost leads, not scheduling: HighLevel, or the lead and pipeline add-ons in the tools above.
Use the pricing calculator to set your load-size rates before you load them into any price book.
